With all new properties, we will professionally value the property with a view to maximising the rental income for the property. We'll always offer you as much advice as possible on getting the most out of your property portfolio, it being a single property or multiple properties.
Our methods will ensure that a suitable tenant is found as quickly as possible, ensuring the property occupation level is maximised. We carry out an extensive referencing process on all prospective tenants, including employment, past/current landlord and financial checks. Only once the tenant has satisfied our stringement criteria will the tenancy commence.
We ensure all legal requirements are met on your behalf, completing all necessary papework including the preperation of the assured shorthold tenancy agreement to ensure Housing Act compliance and establishing a preferred method of rent payment for you for future payments.
Once the tenancy is in place, we will hand over all relevant paperwork including the original tenancy agreement. We work on a no let no fee basis, with no upfront fees or hidden costs involved.
